COSL Constitution

The COSL Constitution sets out our rights, duties and restrictions of COSL and its governing body (ASIC).

Our primary aim under the Constitution is to actively facilitate the resolution of complaints about services provided by our Members, having regard to the law, applicable codes of practice, good industry practice and fairness in all circumstances.
