There is a one off fee of $165 for all applications for membership of the Credit Ombudsman Service, other than for a Credit Representative applicant.
In addition to the initial application fee, a fee for membership is also payable and is calculated according to the membership type and the size and nature of your business operations. All COSL membership fees are outlined in the application form.

Hardship Complaint fees are invoiced in addition to the portion of the complaint not about hardship; if the complaint only regards hardship, then the Hardship category will only apply.
