COSL Constitution

The Constitution governs COSL’s internal affairs. Among other things, it sets out:

• the objects of COSL
• the relationship between COSL and its Members, and between Members themselves
• the method of appointing directors and the Credit Ombudsman
• the rights and obligations of its Members.
