Complaint Voucher
As a COSL Member, you will receive one free complaint voucher each year which entitles you to a refund of any complaint fees you pay us for a complaint made about you in that year.

Member Fees

There is a one off fee of $165 for all applications for memberhsip of the Credit Ombudsman Service, other than for a Credit Representative applicant.

In addition to the initial application fee, a fee for Membership is also payable and is calculated according to the membership type and the size and nature of your business operations. All COSL memberhsip fees are outlined in the application form.

Complaint Fees

A complaint fee is invoiced according to the fee category applicable at the date of the invoice.

Hardship Complaint fees are invoiced in addition to the portion of the complaint not about hardship; if the complaint only regards hardship, then the Hardship category will only apply.
